Another event I was called upon to perform at the last minute. In fairness I don't mind at all, its work and I enjoy it very much.
Embraced showcase is one of my favourite events to perform at, the three acts instead of two is a bit of killer and there is really little interval to get changed between the first two acts however once again it went well. The music was amazing and the compere really worked the crowd. Sadly a lot of burlesque virgins in the audience so at first they had to be goaded into taking part but it was all good and apparently everyone enjoyed it which is always a good night.
The acts were superb as per-usual.
My own chosen three this time in order were;
Meridiana
Lavender and Honey
Unicornis
Unicornis seams to be a well rounded favourite with audience and performers alike and well at the moment is still my favourite act. Its very elegant and apparently 'really sticks in your mind for ages afterwards)
